Yes, we require all recurring clients to sign a Client Service Agreement within 24 hours of accepting service from The Gold Standard Cleaning Solutions, LLC. The service agreement will be sent electronically to the email address on file. If the service agreement is not electronically signed and returned within the 24-hour timeframe from when it was received, your service date will be canceled from our cleaning schedule, and you will need to rebook with us.

Our standard practice is to dispatch one housekeeper for each service appointment, unless the job demands additional manpower for handling. Should such a situation occur, it may fall under a special or deep cleaning service category; please consult with our manager for further guidance.

No, and unfortunately, this is a significant issue in our industry. A considerable amount of time and resources are invested in hiring our cleaning staff. Our Service Agreement stipulates that you agree not to employ any past or present The Gold Standard Cleaning Solutions, LLC employee for any reason. Should you decide to hire this individual despite the agreement, a referral fee of $5,000 is applicable and payable in full, whether the individual is hired for regular employment or on a contractual basis. This fee is due immediately upon employment or use of the employee/former employee, regardless of the circumstances.

Tipping is not only permitted but also encouraged should you find the service provided to be exemplary. Our employees strive to offer exceptional service, and we believe they merit any extra acknowledgment from our valued clients whom we serve with dedication and regularity.

Price estimates will remain consistent unless there is a change in the type of service. All recurring clients are required to sign a service agreement. The initial cleaning fee will be slightly higher to cover our deep cleaning services, which bring the units up to our cleaning standards.

We do not expect any damages to occur to the units we are assigned to clean. However, should any damage occur, we will notify you immediately. If you notice any damage before we do, please contact us immediately, and we will address it in a professional manner.
